Policy & Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty:
All Items are sold on a 1 Year limited warranty bases. Warranty is valid only for the original retail purchasers and is not transferable; no exceptions.
Please retain all original sales receipt/invoice; proof of purchase and retail price paid for all warranty, returns and replacement. The original purchaser must provide sales receipt/invoice; Proof of Purchase, installation photo and return the purchased item to Syko Performance for inspection.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), you will be issued an RMA number after the information and causes of warranty has been reviewed and accepted.
All warranty claims are at the discretion, replacement or repair will be process after inspection approval.
Please return all warranty claims with the proper RMA number. RMA number must print on the outside of the box.
All shipping charges are not covered under warranty. Products returned to Syko Performance must be shipped at Buyer’s expense and should be solely responsible for proper packaging and shipment insurance.
Warranty will be void for unauthorized alterations, modifications, abused, negligently damaged and/or installed incorrectly. Product(s) that has been disassembled or tampered with whether for repairs and/or inspection purposes will also void the factory warranty. Buyer assumes sole responsibility for cost of installation, removal and/or re-installation. Removal and re-installation charges are not included as part of this limited warranty. Warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear.
After first warranty granted and accepted, new replacement part will contain a 1-year limited warranty. Hereafter, if purchaser requires additional replacement or warranty claim for the first replacement, the second replacement will no longer carry a warranty.
Purchaser shall be responsible for any incurred shipping charges to ship the item back to Syko Performance. If you have any concerns or questions or the need to claim product warranty, please contact us at email@example.com
Orders can be cancelled by customers so long as they have not been shipped. You must send a cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org before your order ships.
To initiate return process, please contact your sales representative to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), you will be issued an RMA number after the information and causes of return has been reviewed and accepted.
All returns being shipped to Syko Performance MUST be accompanied with RMA form and must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
RMA number only valid 30 days from the date issued. Once accepted all credit will be reimburse under customer’s account for credit.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be charge for return merchandise, remain credits requested will be refund back to in store credit for all approved RMA’s.
Customer can request RMA credit to be applied on their upcoming purchase order, credits will not apply automatically.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase. There will be no returns, exchanges, or missing items replacements outside of this 30-day window - no exceptions.
All items must be returned in original condition and packaging including any hardware. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. There may be a restocking free on certain items to cover the costs associated with processing the return. An Item returned with an RMA#, in a perfectly new, unopened condition, and that complies with our other return policies, will not be charged a restocking fee.
A 20% restocking fee is applicable for all parts returned unless waived by Syko Performance.
Additional re-box fees may apply if items are not returned in like-new re-sellable condition.
Returns with items that have been opened, installed without damage, but returned nonetheless may incur a smaller restocking fee of 10%
A 20% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned without an RMA#, is damaged in any way , or if any pieces are missing. If your return falls under any of these conditions where a restocking fee is valid, do not expect it to be waived under any circumstances.
Special Orders / Non-Returnable Items
Special orders are considered an item that is not normally stocked and must be ordered in advance, special orders are NON-RETURN and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a special order has been placed it may not be cancelled.
Special price or discount rate does not apply to any special orders. Special orders may include additional shipping charges and additional process fees. Please check with our sales representative.
All special orders and installed components are considerate non-refundable, unless approved by Syko Performance.
Damage/Missing package claims:
All merchandise is packed carefully and correctly before it leaves our facility. Please keep all shipping package(s) and packing materials for carrier inspection. Pictures of the damaged product(s), boxes, and packaging material are required to start a claim.
Damaged and/or Missing packages claims must be submitted within 24 hours to email@example.com
No claims will be honored after the parcel arrived to your destination after 24 hours.

All Syko Performance products are designed for "OFF-ROAD” use only —Please check your resident local vehicle code and regulations regarding any modification to your vehicle. Buyer assumes sole and absolute all responsibility for violations of local laws and regulations that may result from use of products. Many areas have strict regulations on modification laws and emission regulations, check and research before purchase. Syko Performance products are expressly sold for custom car-building, racing and off-road use and are not intended to be use in conventional passenger or other legal highway applications.
Buyer assumes sole liabilities and responsibilities in all mechanical, labor or any related hereafter damages caused by the defective item. Therefore, Buyer assumes and solely acknowledge the risk of all personal, property and economic injury, damage or loss, either direct or indirect, arising from the use, misuse, or failure to determine the appropriate use of any Syko Performance product. Syko Performance does not guarantee any warranties, expressed or implied, or any other representation about the use of any of Syko Performance products under specific applications set forth herein.
